1. How long for Shipment?

   General Shipping Info( by standard shipping,express shipping will be faster)

  • USA: 1-3 weeks
  • Australia: 2- 4 weeks
  • Canada: 2-5 weeks
  • Europe: 2-6 weeks
  • Mexico, Argentina and the rest of South America : 3-7 weeks
  • Brazil: 3-7 weeks
  • New Zealand: 2-5 weeks
  • Africa: 2-7 weeks
  • Germany: 3-6 weeks
  • United Kingdom: 2-4 weeks
  • The rest of the countries: 1-7 weeks

Please note these dates are estimates only,  the proper arrival dates will be sent to you via e-mail when your order is shipped so please make sure to check your e-mail.

  • Standard shipping (Free): Product will be shipped to your doorstep in approx. 2-7 weeks from the dispatched date. There are no hidden charges.We don't ship goods at weekend.
  • Express Shipping (Most appreciated and accepted by customers): You may pay the express shipping charges as applicable for your country and order the product. Express shipping only takes 7-21 business days from the dispatched date.We don't ship goods at weekend.
  • You can choose shipping mothed when check out.

Attention:

All the package will be send from Hong Kong or Canton China.

1.  APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. For Alaska, U.S outlying territories, there will be a little bit shipping fee.  We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with an po box address.

2. Package to Canada may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up.

 

2. Where is my order?

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Yes! All orders will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't get the email or lost it,please contact us:support@anodle.com

Your shipping confirmation email will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your tracking number to check Order Status. Click Here.

 

3. International Shipping

Duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country. 

DudesGadgets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 

The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. 

The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to DudesGadgets marked as unclaimed. DudesGadgets does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

4. Tips for shipping

1) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days,there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.

2) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
